With the paradigm shift, to remain motivated is no longer a question. It is imperative . If the leader is motivated then this feeling percolates to all levels and drives the organisation to success. Here are few tips:
PPT used as a way to format a report, where the output is a true presentation, but more of a way to save paper. In other cases, PowerPoint is used in conjunction with other written work and the students are truly using it as a presentation tool where they are graded on the use of the tool, their speaking skills and keeping within a stated time limit.
In this project students of grade 3 and 4 participated and did the research work on endangered animals of Srilanka, Africa, India and China. They prepared beautiful scrap books and brochures for the same. they also took out a campaign in the neighbourhood area.
Students learnt the day, date and time difference among the given countries and in group represented the country holding its flag and a time clock.
Students located India and other countries on the globe and prepared Scrap files to show time difference in the given countries with respect to their longitudinal differences along with date ,day,time difference in 24 hour clock and 12 hour clock.
Under British council Project-“HAR KADAM SWACHCHTA KI AUR:CLEAN THE EARTH” ,Students of classes VII to IX visited BHALASWA LANDFILL, New Delhi, India .They observed the waste generated in Delhi and the ways to manage it. Mr Bishan Singh Pal, Supervisor, MCD guided and helped the students to view the landfill. He shared that in this landfill the garbage of Karol Bagh, Civil lines, Najafgarh and Narela is collected here on the daily basis somewhere around 450 tons……
Later, he took us to the Composting plant where the waste is converted into compost and sell in the market.
