Our English for the Games site has lots of free resources for learners of English to help them practice their skills and learn all about the Games. You could also use these with English-speaking pupils who want to understand more about the Olympic and Paralympic history, sports and values. Learners can find out all about a range of Olympic and Paralympic sports here with a new sport highlighted every week. International Inspiration Traditional Games Resources International Inspiration's traditional games resources have been developed specifically to recognise each country’s participation in the International Inspiration programme since 2007. Each of the 20 overseas countries and the UK have selected a game that they feel best represents their culture and traditions. These 21 games are showcased in this resource for young people to play and share, using physical education as a tool to develop learning and inspire intercultural dialogue.
