The Connecting Classrooms ICT awards are currently undergoing further development and will be available again soon. We will make an announcement here on the British Council Schools Online Community to inform you when the ICT awards will be reopened. We are running this regional challenge virtually where all the winning teams have prepared videos of their projects, which are placed online. The winner of the challenge will be decided by General Public online voting and judges marks. The voting will be open till 10th of March 2011. Vote here to get chance to win a mystery prize.

100 words is a project for young people that opens their imagination, taps into their creativity and creates global connections. The competition will enable students to share and compare aspects of their life and language. Find out more about this project from your country project contact.

Social Action Projects can help students to become global citizens through active participation in their own communities. It were piloted through Connecting Classrooms in Bangladesh, Pakistan and Afghanistan in 2009 and are now open to schools in those countries working on CC online.
